Ezprogear will make your online shopping much easier and reliable. If you live within the 48 continental states in the US and place an order with us for $69.00 or over, we will ship the product to you for FREE. if you order is below $69.00, please use our “Estimate Shipping and Tax” feature. It's as easy as adding the item into your shopping cart along with your state/ zip code to get your shipping quote. Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico shipments have an additional shipping charge and are limited to UPS 2Day Air, UPS Next Day Air, USPS Priority Mail and USPS Express Mail.
Orders placed before 02:00 p.m. PST will be processed the same day. Orders after 2 pm will be processed the next business day. You will receive a tracking number through email after your order gets ship out. If you do not wish to provide your email address to us, you may still check your order history by simply logging into our website at http://www.ezprogear.com/index.php/customer/account/login/ Or you may call our customer service at 1-888-903-0299 (M – F: 9:00 a.m. – 6:30 p.m PST). Please have your order ID# ready, as you will be asked for it when you call in.
We are using UPS and USPS as our shipping courier. Their typical delivery times are between 3 – 5 business days for UPS Ground and 3 – 7 business days for USPS. We are not responsible for each courier's transit time and delay. The information is provided exclusively from the courier itself, please visit http://www.ups.com/ for UPS and http://www.usps.com/ for USPS.
Ezprogear is currently accepting international shipments to Canada. Please use our shipping calculator to get your quote by entering all three typs of information: country, state and postal code. Do not use spaces when punching in the postal code. Countries other than Canada, please email our customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org.
International Brokerage, Duties fee and Taxes
Shipping charged by Ezprogear does not include brokerage fee, duties fee and taxes. It is the customer's responsibility for an additional fees charge by Customs. We do not have the information on how much the fees will be. However, you can try to find out by call the Canadaian Border Information Service Hotline at 1-800-461-9999.
Privacy & Security
- Customer privacy online is very important to us. All information collected from our customers will ONLY be used for Ezprogear internal uses. We WILL NOT share, sell, or rent any of your information to any outside third party, except as required by law. Your information is collected for the purpose of processing an order you have with us. You will be required to register by creating a username and password on your own for convenient access to your account information in the future.
Ezprogear.com uses SSL Technology or known as Secured Sockets Layer (128-bit encryption by VeriSign) to protect the privacy of your personal, confidential information such as your credit card information. To ensure that you are accessing a secure online page, please look at the lower right or left corner of your browser for closed lock. If the lock is closed means that SSL is currently active. For your further protection, we have restricted and limit our employee access to your information.
Returns & Replacements
We strongly encourage our customer to try out their products as soon as it arrives. If there is a problem, please contact us immediately at 1-866-903-0299 or drop us an email at email@example.com.
Customers may return the product back to us for a refund/exchange within 30 days of receipt. All return/exchange products must be complete and in the original packaging including all the accessories that came with it (such as cable, remote, manual, etc...). The customer is responsible for shipping the merchandise back to us.
A Valid RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization) is required upon returning the item and must be written clearly or typed in front of the box/label that you will be sending back to us. Failure to do so will delay the process of your refund/exchange.
We are not responsible for any inbound package that is lost-en-route or receives damage. We recommend that you insure your shipment when you return the package back to us.
1. Defective Product
All defective products will be exchanged with the same model. If your defective products are our of stock or discontinued, our customer service will contact you if there is any upgrade model available.
2. Non-Defective Product
All non-defective products may be returned within 30 days of receipt but can be subject to a 15% restocking fee. You will need to ship the merchandise back to us at your cost.
3. D.O.A (Damage On Arrival) Product
If the package arrives in damaged condition, you need to contact us immediately at 1-866-903-0299 within 24 hours of receipt. We will file the damage claim through our shipping courier. Even if damaged, do not throw any of the original packaging materials away. You might need to show it to the courier when they come to pick up your damaged package. And no worries, we will arrange a pick-up for the damaged package and ship the new one out to you immediately.
4. Return for Credit/Exchange
All returns for credit will be issued once we receive the merchandise back and will be credited back thorugh the original payment method. No credit will be given toward the website to buy other products. It may take us approximately 2 business days to process your credit. Please note that some financial institutions/credit card banks may take up to 7 business days to process your credit and have it reflect on your next credit card statement. All sales tax will be refunded when returned for credit.

1. To Order Online
Use our search engine or click one of the categories at the top to find the product you need. You may be asked to register if you are first time buyer or you can choose to check out as a guest. If you register with us, all your information will be kept safely at our secure server and it will allow you to access order history and track order.
2. To Order by Phone
Call us at 1-866-903-0299, if you prefer to discuss a product with your sales engineer before making a purchase. Our customer service line is open M – F from 09:00 a.m. to 06:30 p.m. PST.
3. To Order by Fax
This option is mostly available for government, school or non-profit organization orders with a mininum product total of $100.00 (Free Ground shipping included). Just fax your purchase order along with any other documents needed to be filled out to make us a vendor to 1-909-444-3800 with Attn: Processing Department. All purchase orders are subject to verification and credit approval.
4. To Order by Email
Send us your purchase order / request product by email to firstname.lastname@example.org and have your name, phone number plus the products you are ordering. You will be contacted by someone in sales to complete the order information. Do Not include your credit card information or any financial information in the email as it is not secure.
Change Order or Cancellation
We ONLY accept cancellation of orders or changing orders by phone call . Please call our customer service immediately at 1-866-903-0299 during business hours. If you call during our off hours please leave us your brief message with detail of your order number, product ordered and customer name.
Credit Cards: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
Please make sure that your billing address matches what your credit company/bank has on record for the credit card that you will be using. If your billing address does not match your credit company/bank, we will hold your order and our customer service will notify you via phone or email. If your shipping address does not match your billing address and your credit company does not have you shipping address on file, we will hold your order and our customer service will notify you via phone or email. You will need to contact your credit card issuer to add your shipping address as an alternative in the bank memo field. We will call to your credit card issuer bank and verify the information.Your credit card will not be charged unless it is ready to be shipped out. We do not split payment even your order contain back order. Our shipping department will automatically send out the back order item when it is back to stock.
Personal Check, Business Check, Cashier Checks and Money Order:
For your convenience, we also accept checks and money order. All orders paid by check are held for shipment until the bank clears for the payment.

Add/change/Cancel your Order
- At Ezprogear, your order is processed immediately. Many of our customer orders will get shipped out from our warehouse within 1 business day. If you need to make changes or cancel your order, you will need to call us as soon as possible at 1-866-903-0299. It is difficult for us to stop the order if it has already been shipped out. However, we will always try work out the best options for you.
